The Shack

Until recently I had not heard of this book, but my mom heard some great things about it and encouraged the family to read it. I just finished this the other day and I must say it was a let down for me. I found it to be incredibly boring -other than an occasional section-and found myself reading it quickly so I could move on to other books (I love to read and have a way long list of books to read). Have any of you out there read it?-Am I the only one that did not enjoy it? To be honest-and please don't be offended ((as I am sure a lot of books I like are not enjoyed by others)) especially anyone who enjoyed it-I found it sorta dumb(to put it nicely).
